First orders from new customers are processed on a pro-forma invoice basis. Subsequent orders can be processed on credit account basis, subject to application, credit checks, director approval and our standard terms and conditions.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Quotations with drawings are provided for all enquiries.
We are happy for you to collect from our manufacturing facility provided you give us sufficient notice, and collect from us during our operating hours which are 08.30 – 15.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 08.30 – 12.30pm on Fridays.
We can provide you with a carriage cost based on pallet spaces required and your postcode.
Typically we have a 4-6 week lead time from receipt of order, but we can often supply in a shorter timescale.

You have probably been looking at light duty blow moulded IBCs that are mass produced and not designed to last in service as long as Francis Ward IBCs. Our IBCs are heavy duty and provide many years of safe reliable performance.
